Remind her about her original boyfriend. If she insists on her crush tell her that it's unfair to her boyfriend and that she should choose. (this is only to be used for the girl's best interest. If the crush likes her back then she's put herself in a reputation ruining situation) 7 you don't have to invite the boyfriend whenever you have the girl over. It's understandable that you want some time alone with her, we all know how couples get 8 if you invite the girl and the boyfriend then expect them to hold hands and stuff. They're allowed pecks but if they start making out then you should throw something at them or shove them in a pool. That stuff is gross and nobody needs to see it 9 keep the couple's "anniversary" in mind. You don't have to wish them "happy x months" or anything because that's kind of weird. You may need to remind the boyfriend, though. 10 you're required to at least act like you like the boyfriend. You dont have to become buddy-buddy with him (it's best you don't, it looks really bad) but if you constantly say how much you hate him the girl is going to get mad 11 no dating friend's exes. The only exception is if she dates one of the lesser toads of the grade and she has no feelings at all for him. If you ask and she says yes she gives up any right to be upset. If she says no then don't push it. 12 if the boy invites the girl to sit with him at lunch and she's the only friend you have in that lunch she must bring you too or reject the invitation 13 if you see the boyfriend with another girl and they're just talking, don't even say anything to the girl. If you see the boyfriend kissing another girl, definitely tell your friend 14 if he breaks her heart then you're obligated, as the best friend, to take his place. Invite the girl over and eat ice cream. Bring her cookies and stuff for lunch (don't go overboard though. We don't want her getting fat) and text her a lot to make sure she isn't sitting in her room wallowing in her sadness. This only applies for the first week, two at very latest (this is reserved for at least a year's relationship). If she's still sad after that you can stop babying her. After that she has to pull herself out 15 if he does something little (forgets their two month anniversary, doesn't call because he fell asleep, etc) and the girl is ready to break up, remind her of the stuff she likes about him. If he breaks up with her or does something really bad, remind her how much of an a- hole he is. 16 it's okay for multiple friends thinking the same guy is hot, but if someone admits to a crush then they call dibs. It's okay to still look at him and stuff but if he starts showing interest, ignore him. 17 playful teasing of a friend and her crush is okay. Right after he asks her out the teasing should wane away. If you continue teasing the girl will be ashamed to tell you secrets anymore

Long term girlfriend has workplace fling? I've been dating my current girlfriend for 6 1/2 years. I'm 30, she's 28 and we've lived together for over 3 years. Late last year I had the work opportunity of a lifetime, but it required me to move across country for 4 months, with limited opportunity for visiting home. A question about Spring Fling? hello everyone! <3 Next year ( I'm planing ahead! ) is my first Spring Fling. Spring Fling at my school is a big event. It is like prom for grades 9-12, the girls all wear prom dresses and what not. Anyways, I was wondering what should I start doing to be ask able you know? Anyone have "one last fling" before getting married? This engaged guy I know is leaning towards having some kinda fling before he gets married. Things seem to be contingent upon that magical cut-off of the wedding date. Here's the thing: I thought this was cliche, something for tv and movies. Are people really doing this? And, is the belief really that one is getting it out of their system before marriage and that the urge to be with another person is going to disappear in the 30 seconds after the vows are exchanged? I'm thinking, maybe Im wrong, but if someone cheats in the few months before the wedding, maybe they should not be getting married at that time? Or is this some "stress reaction" that's seen as excusable??

Am I wrong for having sex with an old fling? I've dated the same guy for about 3 years. We live together, and he's almost perfect (except a few temper problems). Our sex life is miserable-less than 5 minutes and he's done. We've tried tons of new things, but nothing ever good for me. Tonight I hung out with an old fling and we had the best sex I've ever had. how can you tell that someone wants to be more than a fling? I have a friend who doesn't know if a guy wants to be more than a fling. I love a lady SO very much!! I cant get over a "Fling" she had after she separated with husband #2? I love a lady i have dated for 9 months! She divorced husband #2 at age 35 after the initial 3 month separation she had a "Fling" with a guy to "fill the void". Advice on Dating Again after Break Up? I broke up with my boyfriend 2 weeks ago, purely because since Christmas I just haven't felt that attraction to him. A little fling with a married man? Alright this might be a little long so, please bear with me. I have been dating a man long distance via the internet for a year now. He is moving here (supposedly) on August 10th to live with me and go to school. He is married, has two children, but is unhappy in his marriage despite how he tries to hide it. I am not saying he would leave her for me - he probably won't ever leave her, and I understand that - but within the last few weeks I realized I am attached to him. In love with him. And I'm not sure what to do about it. He knows my internet guy is coming soon, and he is really jealous. Any suggestions?

Is my boyfriend looking for an internet fling? Or am I just over paranoid?!? My boyfriend and I have been together now for 4yrs, and engaged for 2, but I cannot help feeling suspicious of him. I recently found, through checking his emails, that he had signed up for an internet dating site and was able to see who he had 'flirted with' by signing in as him (-he stupidly uses the same password for EVERYTHING!). More recently I could see from the back history of his server homepage that he had also looked at singles dating websites and nightclub info for another country (-the same country that he just happens be working in for a couple of weeks after christmas). He works away alot and I dont doubt that this is what he is doing, but am I right to be suspicious? Or should I just leave it and stop spying in him? I obviously should not be looking at his personal emails, which makes it harder to ask him about it. If only I could get hold of his phone...... trouble is he keeps it on him at all times! Repeat from singles&dating: I may have been the other woman & think he would lie about it. Angry & frustrated? I decided to google a former fling of mine. Well, more like a 5-6 month fling in 2005. We havent talked since & I prefer it that way, seeing as I feel he took advantage of my young age (19 vs his 33),naivete, & was abusive. I was curious to see if this guy was in jail or still breathing. Bad move. Seems he recently got divorced (nov. 2006) & there is a good chance that he was married while he was doing his thing with me. Divorced my ***. He had told me that a year prior to our fling he had divorced the same woman that is on the certificate now. Married & divorced the same woman twice? I doubt it. I didnt know. Should I try contacting him to find out? Im very angry over this. Tried finding his myspace, but only found his ex. Dont think she'd want to hear from me. I need closure over this. Our "fling" ended rather badly with his abusing me & then abruptly disappearing. What should I do? I know its in the past, but Im still furious with his actions & treatment of me.
My boyfriend's ex-fling won't back off. What else can we do??? My children's father and I got back together at the end of January 07.He was dating/sleeping with this girl for about 5 months..Nothing serious at all..He basically would go over her house late night. So knew exactly when he hung out and didn't. He has always begged to be back with me for years. She has never met me..nor come to our house. Possible to convince a friend to have a small love fling before I travel overseas or marry my girlfriend? I have this friend that has troubles with having a full one relationship. I love her alot and have always wanted to be with her. Her main problem is that she is affected by something horrible a stepfather did to her in middleschool. She knows I love her but only wants to accept me as a friend when I asked her to considure dating me. Just cause she does not want a permanant relationship. Anyways ever since then or friendship seems to be closer and she seems to like me more than before, even is giving me hugs now instead of me having to ask for them. Yes she does know that I provided a promise/engagement ring to my girlfriend. Me and my girlfriend and back to being friends until we are financially stable enough to get married. Till then it is our own choice as to what we do. It could also mean that we may end up not married. I'm also joining the airforce and will go overseas. Around the end of the year. I am hoping the first girl would take a semester off to spend with me. By small love fling I mean it can be romance, sexual, or both (perferably). But just something so I can have that memory with her. Also I am not exploiting her for sex. Pretty much I am into her as a friend and someone who I really care for that I would like to be closer to and have a closer relationship even if it is for a small amount of time. If there is no sex in it but maybe cuddling, hugging, kissing, then I am happy with that. Sex would just be a bonus prize if she allows it. If we do that would be nice. If we dont who cares. It is sorta one of those, it would be awsome but doesnt have to happen type things. I'm mainly going to try and initiate it by inviting my three main friends over to Japan at different times to spend time with me. Her being one of them. Dating a colleague, I am like in high school..? Very cool girl working with me, smart, funny, great looking. We don't talk too much during work, our departments don't interract basically. But we do work on the same floor, and sit not so far away. Only times I see her is in elevator, or occasional hello's in the morning. I want to ask her out, obviously, but this time it all seems so complicated. She is very nice to me, always smiling, and when we do talk, ther is always something to say, she tells about herself and asks me about myself. But that sort of ends when we go home. What's the best way to ask someone like that out? Is there a point? This is not some fling, I actually I like this girl. Talking about this to my colleagues is out of the question... Question is - how to ask someone out at work without making me a gossip target for 5 years if I get a 'no'. How can you tell, is there something that can be done to test if she actually likes me? She is frendly, but it can be she is like that with everyone anyway. no, i'm not in highschool, but feel a bit lost in this case. which reminds me of highschool...!
