How does Internet auction sites & dating services work ? Networks & hubs ? How does Internet Auction & dating services work ? How you have a master computer set up for these kind of web services. How to set up a main Hub and software system and who would host such a secure site ? Any links that someone can supply for me to study. Cheapest place to buy & secure a domain name.
Do you think animal dating services should be legal? I was considering starting a animal dating service over the internet...I would select the top breed animals from animal shelters, therefor it could be a win win situation. Do you think the government would let me make such an enourmous profit off of this gig? note: this is just a dating service people should not expect to get more out of this then just a date. What happens after the date is entirely up to the animal. In past some have been bitten THESE ANIMALS ARE NOT PROSTITUTES!! They are strickly escorts other animals are available as well....not just dogs. are all responders just interested in dating dogs? well my service will have a variety to choose from
What do you think of telephone voicemail dating services? The television is constantly bombarding the airwaves with ads for telephone voicemail dating services, especially late at night. *Have you ever used one of these services? *If yes, how was your experience? *Are the results more, or less, successful than website dating services? *Are they worth it? Some of the ads on tv are for: LavaLife Voice Private Lines etc I should have mentioned that it's not only the tv ones. My local newspaper has a telephone voicemail dating service. Many of the local radio stations also offer their own telephone voicemail dating services.
What have been your experiences with on-line dating services? I've spoke to some people who have had some very interesting stories about their on-line dating experiences: their good and strange meetings both on-line and in person with people they've met, their problems with the dating sites, etc. What stories do you have? Many people have stories that would be great to share with others. Some stories are encouraging. Some stories are a warning to us all. lol
Dating services for people with Sexual Transmitted Disease? This is a strange question for me to ask, I have a friend that has completely given up on ever dating again because she has contracted Herpes!! I have told her that it is still hope for her and finding her speacial someone! I myself am single and it's getting harder to get her out of her depression! I am hoping to find more resources for her so that she can get back to her happy self without just giving up completely! I miss my clubbing partner!!
can online dating services create a profile without your consent? I found 3 profiles of a friend of mines on three different online dating servces.some adult only...he says he never registered but even his user name and password are one he has used on other websites in the past, he chalks this up to phishing. is this possible? thank you for the answer. what if i've also found temp internet files and "cookies" on the hard drive of my computer linked to these websites? Can that just be spam or pop ups. there are hundreds.
Who uses DATING services MORE? Men or women? I ask because whenever I see ads for dating services, both on TV and the Internet (especially the Internet) they ALWAYS show cute or hot women. They use attractive women to advertising dating services, so they must be trying to attract MEN. If they are seeking MEN, this would emply that a lot of WOMEN are already using these services. IS this true? I would think women would be less likely to use these services because its very easy for women to meet men. They basically just have to leave their house.
Are there any internet dating services that are completely free? My friend (yes, she's really a friend) is looking for a free internet dating service that serves local areas. More specifically, the Mid-Ohio Valley. I know there are plenty where you can sign up for free and create a profile and put up your picture and all that happy crap, but if you want to contact anyone, you have to subscribe and pay. And there are even some that have a free trial period. But are there any out there that are completely free that you don't have to pay for??
What do you think of online dating services? What has been your experience with them? Have you ever met someone off of one? Did it work out? I met my boyfriend on myspace (which I know isn't really online dating) and we have been together almost 2 years. I think that they are a good way to meet someone. You get to know them without having to give too much about yourself away. It is important to be safe, but they really do offer a great service.
Who else believes that online dating services and the internet contribute to the divorce rate? It's like fast food sex, you just type in what you want and there it is! I think it's horrible. If people would put half the energy and attention into their marriages as they do trying to find some on the side, the divorce rate wouldn't be nearly so high. Agree or disagree? Thanks for all the great answers. And for all the, um, others, well, you're entitled to your opinion, too. You know who you are, Bob.
Is there any dating services out there that are actually free? It is amazing how many dating services are out there that say that they are free. But you still have to put in a credit card to get access. The fun part is when you get all the way through it and then get hit with the credit card screen. What the hell!!!??
Who do you think uses Internet dating services? Internet dating services, while becoming very popular, may present some dangers for those who use their services. How do you have a real dating experience without meeting the person in real life? How can the dating service protect clients from potentially dangerous clients? What if anything should dating services do to protect their clients?
Do you respond to the canned messages in online dating services? I've used the online dating service "Personals" and sent canned messages to a few girls I'm interested in but I do not get any response. Has anyone used this before and gotten anything? Is this a way of saying "not interested"? There's a woman that I saw on the service that has me awestruck. Is she real? Do online services plant phonies to draw in customers? If so, have they ever been sued? I once signed up for the service for a 6 month period and didn't have much luck. I got some emails that were very vulgar. So, bad I reported them. The woman looked like a nice person but they were tramps. I couldn't believe some of things they said.
How can I use online dating services? Like the rest of today's world, dating has become something that you can do through cyberspace. Millions of people around the world are dating them after meeting through online dating services. Are you interested in online dating? Are you just not quite sure how to get started at it?
Why do dating services not accept Pay Pal? I do have not had a credit card since my divorce, and even if I did I would not feel assured that my credit information would be safe enough every time I used it on the internet. I feel a lot safer using Pay Pal as my information stays with just them, they make excellent intermedairies.
Do online dating services work well like Match or Yahoo Personals? I am a man and am back on the market again after a tough breakup. I have never used online dating services before but I am thinking about it now because I am in a new area and don't know many people. Also, I have had enough of the bars and clubs. Would you recommend it? I am a decent guy and would like to meet a serious women for a relationship. What is your experience with online dating?
Where can I meet single guys for dating outside on-line services? I'm 22 years old from TX. I was wondering where I can find a good single guy about 22 to 28 years of age outside of the online dating services because I know there are more options out there. Guys, I would like to have your input on this, but if a gal out there has found their great guy somewhere, I would like to know where that somewhere is. Thanks.
Why do so many Dating Services have a picture of a Beautifull Woman on it?Is this true? I've noticed that so many Dating Services on the Internet and the Newspapers always have a pictures of a Attractive Woman on it,is there more women there looking for men than men looking for women there? Why would a Attractive woman join a Dating Service, all she has to do walk into a bar, nighclub, fitness center and she will have many male & females wanting to talk to her. Has anyone ever joined on of these things? What was your experience like with it?
Excuse Me !! are there any texas based 100% free dating services or sites? hello i am single and im looking. make it fun - youll feel better. God Bless Youu All. but keep it reall but feel free to tell me what kind of crazy funny and neat stuff you have herd . you remember that old saying you have a single sister? or cuz? lol now we have the inter net .God is good. i mean that because sometimes ive had to just enjoy the single life and that is ok to. i look for to your answers.
dating services? So I just became so bored that I filled out a yahoo personals. a little sad, I know. Anybody ever do any of those online dating services? what was your experience with it? I'm really just looking to meet new people.
Dating services? There are sites, agencies, and speed dating. They worked for me, but ended in very very bad relationships, so yeah, I know I gotta stop with them. It's just so much easier than getting cold feet when asking someone out. But do they really work well for anyone? Ha ha, I met my psycho stalker ex boyfriend on myspace! Damn, I must be doin' something wrong....
Should online dating services that charge you for using their services be considered legal Prostitution? Online dating services like Yahoo personals and eHarmony charge you a fee for using the service they provide, however, you can sign up and search and create profiles for free. When you want to hook up with a profile, you then have to pay to become a member. Is this not unlike being a pimp? A pimp provides the prostitute, you can look for free, but you have to pay to make contact. If the government allows paid online dating, then why not allow prostitution? Remember, the reason most people are looking to date is so that they can have sex. Even if you just want companionship with no sex, you still have to pay. Why the double standard? If you're going to allow online dating, then prostitution should be allowed. Your thoughts/answers please?
100% free online dating services? Hi, I am looking for free online dating services if there is any. Please post only 100% free online dating services and not the ones where you need to pay. Thank you very much for any answers. Again, 100% free online dating services.
On-line dating services (a success or what?)? I've been debating about signing up for an online dating service. Something simple, maybe through Yahoo. I'm not the type of female to go chasing after guys, and though I'm looking, I don't usually frequent single locations like bars or clubs. Have you had success or not with online dating? Got an opinion, or story to tell. I'm looking for some feed back from people who have used on-line dating services. Drop an answer here!
For all those using dating services: WHAT IS A SUCCESSFUL DATING PROFILE? I set up my profile on a dating service, a text with with some nice photographs. I think the photos are ok: they show me at my best (ok, I'm not Bradd Pitt, but not ugly either). I tried to chat with those women whose profile attracted my attention, sent messages, flashed, etc., but never got an answer. I wrote a typical profile first ("I like this and that, I'm looking for... bla, bla, bla"), then I tried to be somewhat more original and wrote few different profiles. Still no answer. However, looking in chat I see how all these nice ladies are online and chatting with someone else! Hmmm, ... that's frustrating! So, I'm really wondering what is it (images aside) that sparks the attention in a written profile of online dating services in a women and that prompts her feedback? If you are a lady, tell me about your experience. If you are a man and were successful with your own profile, can you tell me please what you think that prompted her to answer you? Thank you!
Do any mobile dating services let you contact real people you’ve seen and fancy? In the days before online dating and mobile dating, people met the "old fashioned" way. Someone would catch your eye. It could be the way they walked, the way they carried themselves ... but whatever it was, it was something that you saw in them that attracted you to them. But today, you "meet" people by reading their online profile before you meet them in real life. So things now work the other way round i.e. what has worked for humans for thousands of years has been thrown out the window. I do like the idea of mobile dating but the current approach does not seem right to me. I see people I fancy when I’m out and about but I can’t say "hi". So I have to put a message in a free newspaper (e.g The London Paper) hoping they fancied me too. What I want is a way to send a friendly message to someone I fancy. They can see me, so if they fancy me too they invite me into their personal space and we chat. If anyone knows of services that do something like this do let me know.
women and dating services? Is this all you women are thinking about. What other methods do you know to meet other people other than a dating service. I have been on two or three different services, and come across many people ,but they seam to just want men with lots of money. No one seams to give you a chance, if you don't sit in that 40,000 a year bracket. Do you think that is true?
Online dating services? I need to find out what online dating services have the most payment options for subscribing? I found that Yahoo Personals only accepts credit cards.
Online dating services? i haven't found the right person in my life, even though i am still young.. i was just wondering if all of those online dating services like matchmaker and eharmony work??? any personal experiences with them??
online dating services? i was wondering if anyone on here has had success with online dating services like eharmony or something of that sort. I just joined one recently and was kinda wondering what to expect. I've heard some people say that finding someone online is "pitiful" but i dont really see that. you get to find out their personality and all about them which is the most important and then you get to meet up with them and see if you have chemistry, whats wrong with that?! plus it also helps the not so outgoing people of the world i think its a great idea
question about online dating services? I joined one recently and was happy about it. The "problem" became a problem when everyone I was emailing was not a member. In other words they had joined and were listed but were not a member. So there was no point in writing to them. A pop-up or something would come up after you were getting ready to send them a friendly greeting that they were not a member. Isn't that tough then to join a dating service if people don't have to be member but can be listed? I wish I knew of some services where "everyone" there had to be a member. I felt bad because I had paid to join and everyone I wrote wasn't a paying member. Ever hear of that? Thank you.
Are there any teen online dating services??? I went on eHarmony and spent almost a half hour filing out a questionare and at the end they tell you no one under 21 can register (I couldnt belelive I wasted all that time!) anyways, can someone give me a link to a website that has teen dating services or something like that?
Is it just me, or do these dating services seem like a scam or a trap? Is it just me, or do some dating services seem like a scam or a trap? I didnt even know these existed until now. www.wealthymen.com www.sugardaddie.com Is it just me or does these site scream SCAM/ TRAP. I have a gut feeling this is the ideal place to go if you want to be trapped in a porno/prostitution ring. If anyone saw the movie Human trafficking, they would know what i'm talking about. Is it just me? Or is this a scam? Here is another thing that doesnt sit well with me. Why would men go upfront about what is in their wallet? It seems the men in there value themselves as to what they have financially and not about their personality etc. Seems like a big a$$ red flag to me. Also the women on there. Suppose these women are wealthy, why would they resort to such a site to meet wealthy men when they should already be surrounded by wealthy men within their working environment and social circle.
my baby's daddy has been going on online dating services and females profiles on myspace what should i do? we live together and i found out recently he has been going on friend finder and others when im not around along with his ex's myspace profile he says theres nothing behind it but im concerned especially since we have a child together. He told me he didnt sign up for it that they just happened to email him a username and password for these dating services ??????? maybe im wrong but that doesnt make sense to me. i've already approached him about it but he told me that it wasnt what i thought and to leave it alone before i ruined our relationship what should i do??????????? please help!!!!
Can someone help me feel "justified"? My husband has done some things in the past such as dating services, hours and hours of porn while neglecting me, even a little email/note affair with a girl half his age at his work and made plans to sneak around on me with her, but it never happened, and I've tried to leave it there and move on. That was 2005. But, he has not even tried to compromise. I asked him to slow down on the porn to a "normal" viewing, to stop calling sex lines and dating services, etc. I went home for lunch, and I knew he was on porn again when I got home. I asked him for the truth. He lied. I reminded him that he told me if nothing else he'd be honest with me from now on, he lied again. I said, "Listen. I'm not up for a fight. I just want to know, are you going to continue with the dating services?" "Yes", he said. I said, "Have you called the dating services in the past year?" "yes". "Are you going to continue the porn 4-6 hours a day and not at least slow down?" "Yes, I'm going to continue. I know I need to move on. But why do I STILL not feel justified? Actually, yes, I am willing to do whatever he wants, however he wants. He's the one that with-holds (for months on end) and yet spends all this time on porn. I guess I'm still there, because it's my second marriage and I feel like I need some overwhelming justification to quit. Thus, my question. To make it more clear, I'm asking why can't I feel JUSTIFIED in leaving?
Are dating services a really good way to meet people, or, if not, what would you suggest for older singles? I'm serious! I have met several women since my wife died, but have had bad luck with them. A woman who was my subordinant at work wanted to be the boss at home when we moved in together, and I met a couple of really weird woman, prime candidates for the Jerry Springer show, though they seemed normal at first. Another woman was so dull that I literally forgot to call her back after going out with her three times. But a woman told me she had called a dating service, and it was worse than any date she had ever had. A guy who came to her house evidently had gone a little nuts watching porn videos, or lacked a certain subtlety of approach. He flashed her as soon as he met her. (Ladies, at least please KISS me first!) Any widower or divorced person have a POSITIVE dating experience to report, and, if so, how did you and your friend meet?
Online Dating Services...? Which is Best? I live in a rural town without much chance to meet people. There are so many online services, and my friends and family suggest from time to time that I go online Eharmony? Match.com? They all look so invasive, and I'd have to divulge so much personal info online???I'm what you call very private and paranoid to put into any computer a complete profile about myself. Anyone have bad stuff happen as a result of using a service? Or good stuff---like you met lots of cool people to date? Please ---what'd ya' think?
I paid for 2 dating services- Together - which I paid alomost $4000 and a 2nd service which only cost $1200? Together has only produced one actual date that I met in a 7 month period.there were 3 other referrals-the girls were flakes and we never met- and the 2nd dating service (the cheaper one) has produced one referral a month, 1/2 of which were decent and attractive referrals. When I signed up with Togetehr, they told me that they hadplenty of matches of what I am looking for - now that they havethe check- they say the opposite.Together makes excuses and wants we to change my specifications completely ,but THAT IS WHY i PAID THEM $4000 to look for me what I specified. They tell me a) they are having trouble b/c I am not yet divorced.-only separate b) i specified slender build women , which is my frame also, they want me to drop this. c) I am asian and was married for 10 years to a caucasian. and specified caucasian preference- and they want me to change this b/.c they say most caucausian women do not want to date asian men. but if a-c is true that is ok-just give me back mymoney
Free Dating Services? I am looking for a free dating service that caters more to minorities...specifically men of color. Anyone know of any that are truly free? (Like craigslist.com)
online dating services? are all the people on online dating service freaks? crazy, ugly, fat.I've heard some good things about match.com
Good Dating services that actually work ? Almost every darn dating service on the net is a place where you need a credit card or is a place overpopulated with LOSERS and female bots. Is there any website which actually works and is'nt a hoax to rob you blind or patch you up with dimwitted people ?
Online dating services - effective? Have you had any positive or negative experiences with an online dating service? Do you have any that you would recommend positively or negatively?

what about dating services? If the dating service i chose matches me based on their 300 questionaire and all the reponses I get end up being " Nuts". .Does that mean I'm nuts?
I think some adult dating services are fake. Anyone know of any where they got real results?? I was a basic unsubscribed member to an adult dating website a while back to find a female for a threesome. lol. Anyway, before I actually paid for the service, I got a boat load of e-mails from potentials. They said simple things like, "nice profile, what kind of things are you interested in..." or some were even more detailed. So my guy and I were thinking, "Hey if we pay we can write to these 12 people!!!" Wow what a deal I was thinking. So we reply to everyone that wrote saying how interested they were in us and got like 2/12 people to respond after we actually PAID for the service so we could communicate. Seriously I think they were just employees trying to get people to pay. Dozen people interested while you're basic member and can't communicate , then no one interested when you are a paying member&can message eachother? bs... Are there any out there that are real and have worked for anyone? I live in a small town, sorry no clubs or good places to meet many people.
Have any of you used "The Right One" or "Great Expectations" dating services? Good afternoon everyone I received a postcard in the mail about a month or two ago, and I replied to it. It said nebraskasingles.net, but I got a phone call from someone telling me that they were from "The Right One". I know that "The Right One" is a dating service similar to "Great Expectations", but I never knew anyone who actually went along with the service, so I couldn't ask any of my friends for advice on this. So I decided to ask all of you on Yahoo answers about your advice on this or if you know anyone who may have used these dating sites. Thank you in advance for the advice.
Here it goes, I tried dating services, clubs, web dating, and no girlfriend in 4 yrs? I am clean well groomed? I go to a club and girls just like to dance with their female friends, I ask them out to dance and I get a maybe one out ten, Then guys just come behind the ladies and start rubbing their ass. What is this all about? would like to understand what women want nowadays? They like guys that look like service men, ball plaryers of some sort or rappers. Is this nation becomeing a media frenzy makeshift? How is an guy that pehaps looks like a say yoga instructor and does not date coworkers or customers supposed to get a girlfrined?? Well no wonder domestic violence is at an all time high! Are women becoming superficial??? I am man enough to say I want to understand what women want, because Gentle, good humor, slender body, courtesy and honesty does not seem to fit the bill anymore. Any realistic answers only please, not media crazed or superficial just the nitty gritty.Or is it that the high school and college ladies are the clue less ones?? Remember all the above are Questions. HELP
